  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2โ€“3 business days.

Upon approval, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5โ€“10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
