Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may initiate a return according to our Return Policy after receiving the product, if applicable.
Refund Policy

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
