Order Cancellation
Before Shipment

- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may initiate a return according to our Return Policy after receiving the product, if applicable.

Refund Processing

- Refunds generally take 5โ10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
