Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may initiate a return according to our Return Policy after receiving the product, if applicable.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.
  • The customer received a damaged or defective product.
  • The customer received the wrong product.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds generally take 5โ€“10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
